East Side Kings at Liberty Bar: One of Top Chef Winner Paul Qui’s many spots, this one is known for its Asian fusion deliciousness. Be sure to stop by when walking around Austin’s East 6th district. Open 5pm-1:30am every day.

Fried and True: This 50s themed trailer features deep fried delicacies, and is also located in the East 6th district. Open Tuesday-Thursday 4-10pm & Friday-Saturday 7pm-3am.

Torchy’s Tacos: Featuring a special taco each month and award-winning salsa, this Austin staple has expanded to multiple locations all over town. Visit their trailer in the South Austin Trailer Park & Eatery on South 1st for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
